I found product design from the world of costume design, where I learned the power of storytelling through visual expression. This journey led me to discover my true passion: crafting meaningful experiences through UX-driven product design. Over the past decade, I've had the privilege of leading design teams at startups like Button and tech giants like MongoDB and Datadog, steering projects that resonate with users and drive innovation.

As a Senior Product Design Manager at Datadog, I oversee a team of ten designers, shaping products like Datadog’s observability copilot, Bits AI. At MongoDB, I directed design efforts for MongoDB Atlas, nurturing a team of eleven designers while fostering growth and excellence. My approach blends strategic design thinking with a scrappy mindset, rooted in my startup beginnings.

Beyond the design realm, I remain captivated by the art of storytelling, and devour books of all kind. My record so far is reading 120+ books in a single year! 📚
